Power of attorney in Dschang

Home to the University of Dschang, the town needs diploma translations and legalizations for study abroad.

A power of attorney lets someone act on your behalf: selling or buying property, managing an account, representing a company, collecting a document. To be accepted in another country, it must follow that country’s required form and is often legalized and translated.

We draft or review the power of attorney, arrange signing before a notary or authorised official, then legalization and translation. For Cameroonians abroad, we receive and put to use powers of attorney signed outside Cameroon.

Frequently asked questions

Is a power of attorney signed abroad valid in Cameroon?

It should normally be legalized by the Cameroonian embassy or consulate in the country of signature. We explain the steps for your country.

Can the power of attorney be bilingual?

Yes. A bilingual French-English document often avoids a separate translation in Cameroon. Other countries may still require a certified translation.
