A power of attorney lets someone act on your behalf: selling or buying property, managing an account, representing a company, collecting a document. To be accepted in another country, it must follow that country’s required form and is often legalized and translated.

Yes. A bilingual French-English document often avoids a separate translation in Cameroon. Other countries may still require a certified translation.
