Document legalization at MINREX (Ministry of External Relations)
Legalization of Cameroonian documents at the Ministry of External Relations.
Before it is accepted abroad, a Cameroonian public document must be legalized by the Ministry of External Relations (MINREX), in Yaoundé or at its Douala branch. This step confirms that the signature and stamp of the issuing authority are genuine.
We prepare your file, check that the document meets the requirements (signatures, stamps, any prior legalization), submit it and collect it for you. You save the trips and avoid files rejected for a formal detail.

Frequently asked questions
Is MINREX legalization enough to use my document abroad?
Usually not: after MINREX, most countries require legalization by their embassy or consulate in Cameroon. We can handle both steps.
Do I need to travel to Yaoundé?
No. We handle submission and collection wherever you are, in Cameroon or abroad.
Can a translation be legalized?
Yes. Depending on the destination country, the original, the translation or both are legalized. We tell you the correct order of steps.
